Like previously I just couldn't get enough of Taiwanese dramas. I'm at the Japanese phase now, so I listen to various types of Japanese music. I find that their music really piques my interest, maybe because I haven't really listened to Jap music much last time (other than Utada Hikaru) or maybe because their music is just different from Western music nowadays. I find that Western music nowadays are somehow quite similar and is without much variety, its either black-sounding music, R&B, or rock music. Most music arrangements don't sound as detailed and doesn't take as much effort as it should be. Me and another friend dub this kind of music as "instant music" (instant as in like instant noodles). And I really hate it when they go auto-tuning most singers even those that can sing really well without those additional tuning. The effect: it all sounds so digitalized and fake. There's even one Michael Buble album that the sound engineers compressed his voice so much, it sounded like he had a short tongue. I really hate that! I'd rather they let it sound more natural and have a few out of tunes here and there than everyone sounding TOO perfect and digitalized.

Anyway, enough complaining there. I've actually derailed from the main topic of this post. Sorry, guess I got a bit carried away!

In my Japanese music quest, I have found a few cool artistes that I want to share with you:

YUI - altenative/poprock music, she's only 21, cute and is a singer/songwriter
Visit her Official Site here
You can preview her songs here
Some nice songs I recommend 1) Che.r.ry 2) Goodbye Days 3) Help 4) I Remember You

ANGELA AKI - piano-based pop songs , has a really nice mellow voice and is a singer/songwriter
Visit her Official Site here
You can preview her songs here
Some nice songs I recommend 1) This Love 2) Kiss Me Goodbye 3) Kiseki 4) Kiss From a Rose

Ji Mui Gathering at Doreen's

Many apologies for my long absense. As it turns out Sandie is derived from the name Sandra which originates from the name Alexandra. Alexandra in the ancient Greek language means "protector of mankind". Cool right? To think I'm the protector of mankind. Hahaha, maybe in the spreading the sunshine/humour aspect? :P

I took the liberty to find out the meaning for some of my friends' names and listed them below:
Reese - Ardent, fiery (Welsh); Enthusiatic (English)
Doreen - Gift (English); Moody (Celtic); Blonde (French)
Sally - Princess (Hebrew & Israel)
Adeline - Noble & kind (French) Pleasant, of nobility (German)
Stephen - Crowned once, wreath (Greek)
Scott - Wanderer (Scottish); Of Scottish origin (English)
Simon - It is heard (Israel); Obedient, little hyena (Hebrew)
Dolores - Lady of sorrows (Latin-America)
Kevin - Handsome, beautiful (Irish); Gentle (Celtic)
Ann - Gracious (Hebrew & Israel); Merciful (English); Priceless (Irish);

If you are curious about the meaning of your name you can check it out from this site called Meaning-of-Names.com

Do you think a person's name affects a person's character? I think it does to some extend. But more often than not I believe that a person's character is formed based on their upbringing and the environment they are exposed to throughout their lives. Friends also influence you in a lot of ways, maybe sometimes you don't even realise it yourself.

Despite all the differences in our names and our personalities, the most important point is that we live our lives to the fullest so we will not have any regrets later on. Treasure your family and your friends, spend your precious time wisely and most of all thrive to bring happiness to others more than hurt others. I always believe that it is better to make more friends than enemies. :)

Steamboat! Maybe next time we'll have barbeque. :P

Look at our "leng lui" birthday girl!

We all met up earlier at Giant near Kinrara for ingredient shopping. We ended up buying a lot of stuff, including lala, prawns, all kinds of balls, veggies... etc. Dinner started approximately at 7pm. We had to split into two sessions because apparently we overbought the ingredients. So we ate first, then rest and chat for about an hour and then resumed.

It was a fun and fulfilling gathering. One which is a definitely must once in a while. It was so great to catch up with everyone! In case if you are wondering how come there's no photos of us eating. Well, you'll have to wait for the photos from Doreen's camera. I forgot why I didn't take any photos of people eating. Must be caused I'm too busy eating. *grin*

Check out the photos:

Cheshire's special fried onions!

We managed to capture a nice sunset. While back in Penang one time, we managed to try out a Nyonya specialty restaurant called Mama's. We ordered a bunch of our all time favourite dishes. We ordered spring rolls which had crunchy popiah skin and a nice blend of veggies as filling. Very appertising indeed! Then we also had the infamous Joo Hoo Char. This dish requires a lot of hard work to do. All the ingredients are cut into really slim strips and then fried. Among the ingredients used are turnip, dried squid, carrots, mushroom, pork. This is one of my favourites Nyonya dishes. It was rather okay but I must say not the best that I've tasted. You see, I have been spoiled my mom's yummy home-made Joo Hoo Char so rarely can I find any others that can match up to it. :P

Also on our menu was Kang Kung fried with Sambal Belachan. It was quite good, with appropriate blend of sambal just to enhance the natural juiciness of the vegetable. We also had Too Tor T'ng (Pig's Stomach soup) which I find was a bit too pepper-ish to my liking. Somehow the pepper killed the natural sweetness of the soup, it was all covered up by the taste of pepper. Too bad ain't it? Also because my mom can really make killer Too Thor T'ng!

The curry fish head was alright. The curry is really nice but I don't really like the fish. But really this has more to do with my own preference. Generally I prefer fish with a smoother texture for the meat (eg. Pa Tin fish, which is really hard to get in Penang).

Then there was the Inchi Kebin (sorry, I'm not too sure how to spell it :P), some special seasoned fried chicken that traditionally comes with a few pieces of prawn keropok on top. This was really yummy!

On to the grand finale to the dinner, we had Bee Ko Moi (black glutinous rice dessert). Apparently this dessert is really popular, so much so that we had too pre-order before coming. Otherwise, it is pretty hard to get it because it usually runs out of stock quite fast. It was unusual in a sense that they put a lot of glutinous rice in it, so it looks really thick. And the best part? You can help yourself to the coconut milk, as much as you like. Which I normally take AS MUCH as I can! I think I would have enjoyed it a lot better if I wasn't so picky with texture. To me, it was a bit rough because they were too many glutinous rice. Wouldn't it be great if they grind all the glutinous rice into a paste instead? Ha ha ha!

Feast your eyes on these photos below:

<img style="margin: 0pt 10px 10px 0pt; I am so psyched to have discovered this amazing anime. It has a really cool perspective on Soul Reapers (or Grim Reapers). In this anime, they are known as Shinigami and each of them possess their own Zanpakutou (literally means Soul-cutting sword) which they use to send good spirits (Pluses) and dispel bad spirits (Hollows).

The story follows a high-school boy names Ichigo Kurosaki who was unwillingly turned into a substitute Shinigami, how he manages to juggle between protecting his identity from his friends and at the same time protecting the people he cares from Hollows and other baddies. It is so interesting to see how his character grows to adapt to the changes. Also, you'll get to find out more about his friends and rivals alike. Among my favourite characters are Ichigo, Rukia, Kon, Nel, Inoue, Ishida, Chad, Byakuya, Toushirou, Renji and many more. I enjoy watching Kon and Nel, they are both so entertaining and adorable!! Nel is so annoyingly cute!!! I'm not gonna tell you any spoilers so if I have managed to perk your interest, check Bleach out on any of those video communities. You can find those with the original Japanese voices and also the English dubbed version.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. @ The Curve

What a fantastic experience I had at Bubba Gump's. I especially adore the signage at the table. You turn the sign to "Stop Forrest Stop" if you want your order or to get the waiter's assistance and leave it at "Run Forrest Run" otherwise. I am very satistied with the service there, the waiters are all very polite and very prompt.

Along with me for this delicious treat were Chee Chau and Doreen. Since we were expecting the portions to be big (we're expecting american sized dishes like TGIF's), we ordered a few things to shared out.

First we took the sampler, this consists of a few things: seafood balls, spicy chicken strips, boiled shrimps, fried shrimps and nachos with spinach dip. The spinach dip is simply delicious. I find the spicy chicken strips a bit too spicy for my liking and some of the boiled shrimps were not really fresh. The rest were alright. This is definitely a good choice for the starter because you get to try a variety of things.

Next, we ordered the Bourbon Street Baramundi. Presentation wise it looks really scrumptious and delightful. It's a combination of fish and cajun shrimps with mashed potato and bourbon street sauce. The fish was alright but I really loved the cajun shrimps. The sweetness of the shrimp is really emphasized in this and the spices complement it so well. I recommend trying these cajun shrimps. I think they have it as a separate dish as well.

Next in line was the I'm Stuffed Shrimps! Yummy!

After these 3 dishes we were already full. Doreen couldn't take in any more. Chee Chau and I managed to squeeze in the dessert. Chocolate Cookie Sundae or their fancier name called "That Chocolate Thing". Simply mouth watering! It has a huge cookie, the size of the pan they served in tops with whipped cream ice-cream and drizzles of chocolatey sauce. YUM!

Yay, what a satisfying experience. Then again I never did liked her before. :

After we hanged around a bit, we went for really late dinner. We didn't manage to get any earlier on. So we decided we'd try out the new place called Leo's at SS2. I wanted the Claypot Teriyaki Chicken thingy but it was all out so I tried the Thai Seafood Fried Rice. It was alright, nothing really special but also not entirely tasteless.

Oh, look at the beautifully drawn flower on top of my Cafe Latte. :)

Gathering for Siew Kheng's B-Day

Busy busy busy! Many apologies for not posting anything for while. :)

Let me start off with Siew Kheng's birthday dinner gathering. It's a bit delayed thought I lost the photos but apparently because I not. *Whew* Nowadays, seems pretty rare to have a gathering with all 5 of us (me and my 4 close buddies from uni). Normally, one person will be unable to make it. This time around, Cheshire and bo-boy couldn't make it. So it was just me, Doreen, Pey Shen and hubby, Siew Kheng and hubby.

We decided to go for Kajang Satay at Damansara Uptown. Here are some photos of us spending some quality time together. We gotta do this more often. Especially our dear Do-do will be leaving next year. *sigh* Doreen, why do you have to go so far away??

I must say that the satay is still as tasty as ever and mmmm the peanut sauce. Yum yum yum! Take a look at these scrumptious looking beauties.

Check out the photos below. :)

WALL-E

Wall-E is so so CUTE! Wall-E stands for "Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class", a faithful robot programmed to clean up planet earth and has a really cute personality. It even has a collection of his favourite things in it's bunker/home. You gotta catch it if you have the chance. It's so adorably cute and funny. You'll notice that for the entire show, the main characters Wall-E and Eve don't talk much. Only the humans and some of the robots have proper dialogue. I really like the paranoid cleaner robot which is obssessed at cleaning up all traces of dirt or in it's case classified as "foreign contaminant". Watch out for it if you are watching the movie! It's name is M-O. So cute! Ha ha ha!

Also, the storyline is really good and serves as a good reminder of what will happen if we abandon taking care of mother earth and rely too much on technology. It also provides a good laugh to everyone with it's witty and funny dialogues. In case you are still clueless about Wall-E, take a look at the trailer here.

Before the movie, a bunch of us met up for dinner at McDonald's. Reese, Ann and Alex Tay were there. The last I saw Alex was like really really long ago, probably half a year ago. It is always great to catch up with friends. Later on, we were joined by Siew Kheng and hubby.

Here's sharing some photos from McD.

Sleepy Zzzzzz...

I'm the type of person who feels it's such a waste to sleep early because there's still yet so many things to do and sleeping kinds of takes up so much time. But early in the mornings, I will find it very hard to wake up because it just feels too comfortable and my soft fluffy pillows, comfortable and bed just makes me feel like staying in my bed. Plus I always blame it on "gravity"! It really is gravity's fault, you know? :P

Weird right? Hahahaaha... that's just me. That's just contradicting huh? One side of me wants to sleep less, and the other just wants to sleep as much as I can.

Nowadays, it so hot and humid at night. Sweating in your sleep is not exactly fun. Eckkk... so eeky!

Hello August!

Goodbye July! Hello August! Time really flies by so fast. The next thing you'll know it'd already be 2009!

As usual, I'm always missing my hometown in Penang. *sigh* I miss my parents, my brothers, our fat Chihuahua and of course the food! Mom and dad looks like they have aged a bit and that really scares me. It really does. Makes me feel scared that I will regret not spending more time with them. It's like I have this permanent home-sick feeling. And I miss bickering and having fun with my two brothers. Nothing beats watching a movie or series at home in the living room with everyone. And not forgetting our oh-so-adorable Max the dog. He is so cute, naughty and entertaining! Doesn't he look WAY too proportionate for a Chihuahua?!

I love the food in Penang. Maybe it's because I'm already so used to the taste and the styles of the food there. There's so much variety and everytime I go back I feel like there's so many things to eat. So many things to eat, so little time! Among my favourites in Penang are the Hokkien Mee (known as Prawn Mee in KL), Fried Koay Kak, Fried Koay Teow, Cendol, Char Hor Fun, Char Yee Mee, Hokkien Char, Yong Tao Foo (it's slightly different in Penang, there offer a lot of piggie spare parts!), Jawa Mee, and many many more. Here's one of my favourites, the famous Penang Road Cendol. So yummylicious!!

Everytime I go back to Penang I wish that I could stay longer. Seems like the haze has arrived YET again. Darn, it is worse for people with sensitive noses like me. I've been sneezing a lot of times since this morning and I can feel like there's an army of mucus in my throat. I pity those suffering from asthma, they sure will feel it a hundred times worse. I'm sure many people are affected by this. Arggh... this feels really bad.

I really don't understand why our "friendly" neighbour country doesn't get how bad the situation gets because of their forest clearing fires and illegal crop burnings. It is pure selfishness if you ask me. As if the global warming isn't bad enough, they go and make it worst by creating this hazardous and health threatening pollution. Every year it is getting worst. How very inconsiderate!

This has got to STOP. It was really awesome to see Daughtry "live". The performance is superbly outstanding. They even brought along their own sound engineers. Too bad I had no photos to show you because they didn't allow any cameras (except camera phones) so I had to register and put away my camera during the whole show.

There were other performers there as well. Daughtry was the main act and they saved the best to the last. It started with some percussive performers called the Aseana Percussion Unit (APU). Their repertoire was rather entertaining with many different styles and a lot of infusion of chinese, indian and ethnic sounds.

Daniel Lee also came to sing three songs. To me the best song performed was Mimpi. It was really good, greatly expressed and I can feel his confidence in this song. The other two songs was alright, but I think the music was a tad too loud because I couldn't really hear what he was singing.

There were also other local acts and a DJ session. I felt that the sessions before Daughtry were a bit too long. So long that by the time Daughtry came my enthusiam were a bit drowned out. But despite that I have no regrets for attending this concert. Daughtry is SO GOOD! Really awesome, man! I mean they can still sound like how they do in their CD recording. Amazing huh? I am really, really impressed! Not many performers can actually perform well "live". Some even needing to use auto-tuning in their performance to maintain their pitching. They played a lot of songs and even had some acoustic solo performances by Chris Daughtry himself. The crowd seems to be enjoying themselves a lot. They sang along to those familiar songs like It's Not Over, Over You, Feels Like Tonight, What I Want and many more.

Like I've mentioned earlier, I have no photos but I can share with you a few clips.

A little Monday hello

Good monday? We were gathered together to watch the free preview screening of Sex and the City. It was a pretty last minute decision, because I only got to know about the extra ticket for me during lunch time and only got the other 2 tickets for Siew Kheng and Boon Han towards the end of the day. I thought were so lucky and were so excited for this chance to go watch together, it seems like ages since the bunch of us actually got together.

So all of us met directly at Midvalley. Doreen ate dinner with he colleagues, while I waited for Siew Kheng and Boon Han. Guess where we went to eat? Carl's Jr! Definitely one of the best burgers around. You've just got to try it if you haven't.

The movie was at 9:00pm so we went to the entrance of the cinema and then discovered that our tickets was for two different cinemas, halls #3 and #13. So we figured, never mind lor maybe we'll see each other after the show and went our separate ways.

So in we went to watch the show. It was quite a long show, more than 2 hours long and was pretty funny. The dialogue was very witty and interesting. I don't really fancy Sarah Jessica Parker which is one of the reasons I have not watched Sex and the City. But nevertheless I have to admit that this show was really interesting, in fact more impressive than I thought it would be. The show was really colorful, and it's so interesting to see all the fancy dresses and outfits. Friendship is the key focus and it really reminded me how important friendship means to me. To all my dear friends, thank you for sharing my ups and downs. I realised that many a times, without them I think life would be unbearable. Life is naturally complicated and everyone needs someone there by your side once in a while, not necessarily to do anything but most of the time to just listen to us whine, complain and to cry and laugh together.<sex and="" city="" the="" trailer=""></sex>

By the time the show ended, Doreen and I were exhausted. We went straight home, bathe and headed onto bed.

The next morning, we found out that Siew Kheng and Boon Han did not watch the show? WHY? The tickets were for the cinema in Pavilion KL. OMG!! Why didn't any of us realised that? No wonder we had different cinemas halls? And we were thinking at that time how come so many halls allocated for the movie preview. What a lesson to be learn, man. Next time we have to make sure to check through all the details in the ticket!

Nice roasted duck!

LOVE ROASTED DUCK? Let me introduce you to a really nice place in Damansara Uptown. The place is called Restaurant Yook Tho Yin. It has excellent service and is not too pricy considering the quality of food and the service. The duck has crispy skin and the meat still retains the juicy wholesome goodness. Take a look at it, makes your mouth feel like watering right? Simply delicious!

We also tried two other dishes, the Pei Pa Tofu and the Bittergourd Fried with Salted Egg. Both were also really yummy! The tofu looks pretty normal but once you sink your teeth into it, you'll notice how good it is. The tofu is stuffed with really soft and tasty fish paste. The blend brings out the natural tastiness of the tofu. The bittergourd looked really interesting with deep fried flakes of salted egg and was very appetising good, too!

Havana Bar

Ever been to a bar called Havana? A nice cozy bar located inside Tropicana Club. The crowd seems to be more matured and the music is suitable for casual hangouts with friends. There's a live band performing there as well if you're into live performances, called Downbeat. They're music tends to sound a bit old (even the keyboard sounds like from the 80s) but the song selections are not bad. Not the best but not the worst either. If you love to join in for Latin dances, you could stop by every Thursday, there's a Merengue session with a free dance workshop. The songs they play, whether live or from the cd, are really nice danceable pieces that you can show off your latin dance moves to.

I dropped by last night with Reese and Doreen to check out this bar. The atmosphere was very lively and friendly. Doreen and I also went and tried out the Merengue workshop and it was very fun to learn twirling here and there. There weren't enough guys who joined in, some girls needed to be the "guy" and Doreen was my "guy" yesterday. We even went twirling around exchanging partners until we finally danced back together. Really cool!

Check out some photos of us enjoying exquisite wine:

Hellboy 2: The Golden Army

I went to catch Hellboy 2 the second time yesterday night. In case you were thinking, the first time was in Penang with my brothers. The sound system in Cathay Cineleisure is superb! By far the best in all the cinemas in KL and PJ! And the popcorn is so delicious, they're so generous with the caramel! Yummy!

The movie was overall okay, it was up to my expectations. Nowadays, most movies tend to be lower than my expectations, some proving to be really really disappointing. What happened to all the good movies? Iron Man was the only odd one out because it exceptionally good and Indiana Jones 4 was unfortunately rather disappointing. It totally lost me when the aliens were introduced. At least Hellboy 2 had a good story flow and a healthy dose of humour. The story continued from the first movie rather smoothly and this time you can see a variety of different kind of monsters. I particular liked the "tooth-fairies"! So cute and yet so deadly. :)

The soundtrack for Hellboy 2 is so cool! It's composed by none other than Danny Elfman, the same dude who wrote for Nightmare Before Christmas, Corpse Bride and Wanted. That same distinctive dark and slightly eerie feel signature of his can be heard. I'm even thinking of getting the soundtrack CD. :)

Catch it if you haven't! If you have no clue at all about what this movies is about, check out the trailer here:
Hellboy2: The Golden Army Trailer

I watched with my blind (a.k.a. "unsighted") friend, Chee Chau. Yes! "Unsighted" people do watch movies, although I would call it more like "listen" to movies. At first I also was a bit skeptical when he told me he watched movies. Did you know that there are special DVDs available for the "unsighted" people, where they actually have voice-overs to describe the scene (not available in Malaysia though). Of course they are shows that "unsighted" people can't watch, such as Mr Bean and Charlie Chaplin because they don't speak. :P

Sometimes "unsighted" people do require some explanation because not all the scenes are verbal and it can get kind of confusing when it comes to action movies such Hellboy. But do not fear, Sandie is here! According to Chee Chau, I am very descriptive so no problem la if watch with me.
As we were leaving the cinema, I spotted something shiny on someone's seat and it triggered my curiosity. A closer look revealed them to be three coins. By then everybody had already left the cinema, so I took it (finder's keeper's). It was a mere 60 sen but I managed to partially subsidise my parking fee. Ha Ha Ha, better than nothing, right?

Roti Telur Goreng!

Let me introduce to my favourite, the Roti Telur Goreng (if you have yet to know it!). Imagine your average roti telur being cut into small chunks and then fried like how they do for maggi goreng. It is simply delicious! You'll know once you've tried it. So far I have not found any mamak place in PJ which offers this tasty dish. Please let me know if you know of any!

The only place I do know to get them is at the Serdang mamak. I do occasionally drive down there when I have Roti Telur goreng cravings! Here are some photos from one that I have "tabau-ed" recently. Looks quite similar to koay teow goreng right?

If you do have the chance, I highly recommend anyone to go try out the mamak in Serdang. They really do offer a wider variety and some can be said to be innovated by UPM students. Here's a list of mamak food from the top of my mind that are popular back when I was still in uni:

1. Roti Telur Goreng
2. Perhaps I am getting old? Or maybe just not my cup of tea. I generally don't fancy going to clubs because it is so smoky (I myself don't smoke) and sometimes a bit sweaty if the club is hot. I dread having to wash my hair for god knows how many times just to get rid of the tobacco smell. I also don't really enjoy drinking alcohol, namely hard liquor. The only ones that I prefer to drink are red wine, Martini and Bacardi Limon.I do however enjoy going to Jazz clubs, the ones that offer live performances. My current favourites are Bangkok Jazz and Alexis. Those are really nice! The ambience is more suitable for hanging out casually and at least you can talk without having to shout. :P

Here's another photo of muas truly in party mode!

After the Zouk party, we were starving so we dropped by for some supper at good ol' McDonalds. I really hate feeling all weak and uncomfortable. I guess no one wants to get sick, but neverless we are only humans and even machines break down once in a while. I don't usually fall sick often because I can proudly say that my immune system is kind of strong. *grin* So what usually happens is I will feel like falling sick then next day, walaa! I feel okay and back to normal. This happens constantly so I feel like there's a constant battle within my body's defense system and virus/bacteria attacks. Come to think of it, it feels like there's a miniature Lord of The Rings battle in my body. Ha ha ha! It can get kind of tiring, that sometimes I just feel like getting full-blown sick just to end it! Ha ha ha! I guess that would be like the FINAL battle of LOTR!

Nowadays, with the weather and the bad air you can easily get sick. So everyone, please please take care of yourselves. Because I always believe that prevention is better than cure!

I don't believe in taking drugs to relieve your sickness. Unless I really need to, I will stray as far away from it as possible. For me taking drugs too much increases your risk of dependency on them. One of the common drug that is prescribed by your doctor when you have a cold is the infamous "antibiotics". Did you know that the more often you eat a certain type of antibiotic, your body will actually get used to it and everytime that happens you need to increase the strength of the antibiotic? And because of this, there are mutated, stronger and probably incurable colds because those virus strains have also gotten immune to these antibiotics? So are we really improving things, or making it worse?

Pasar Malam at Sri Petaling

Last Tuesday I managed to go to the Sri Petaling pasar malam. I hope it stays the way it is for the entire day. I just can't stand the hot weather nowadays, even more so when it's so humid. To the person who invented the air-conditioner, THANK YOU for your brilliant invention! You have definitely helped the human kind in these times of unbearable heat! You are a GENIUS!!

I don't remember the weather being this hot ever. Global warming is surely changing the temperature on earth. While we are all too busy progressing with development, we have neglected to also look into all the environmental issues like the hole in the ozone, global warming... etc. One day we're all gonna suffer tremendously for meddling with Mother Nature. The bigger picture is at stake and I do hope we will all realise this and do something in time to save ourselves and Mother Nature.

Woww... that was kinda serious sounding ain't it? Well on to the lighter stuff. There is one very popular question that we will ask almost everyday: What should I eat for my meal? What should I eat for lunch? Or for dinner? I can say that for me this question is a really tricky question as you can say that I am quite a fickle minded person. I'll give you a scenario. Let's say I was queueing up to buy McD and while waiting I would normally be torn between a few choices. After comtemplating to myself, I would narrow down to 2 choices which I will keep alternating as the better choice until I am finally greeted by the counter crew. So what should I eat for lunch today? Probably I'll just go for some chinese food.

Hi I'm Back!

It has been awhile and it may seem like I have abandoned my blog. I had the privilege of being invited to stay over at my *jie mei*'s home in Seremban. It has been like around 4 years since my last visit there. As usual, the hospitality is extremely good and the steam fish is scrumptiously delicious. Thank you so much auntie! I willingly accept the fish head anytime. :P

Today when I came to work, my brain was kinda dead cause we had to wake up at 6 something in the morning.
